- Stand on a floor that is covered with a carpet. Take a deep breath and place your arms over your head. Slowly bring them down in front of your chest and breathe out.
- Another easy exercise that can relax a tired body includes remaining on the bed when you wake up. Instead of instantly indulging in your morning routine as soon as you open your eyes, you can benefit a lot by first stretching your limbs and joints and remaining in a lying position on the bed while doing so for a few minutes.
- Your knee should be raised up and brought in front of your chest. Your lower back should be completely stretched while doing this. This position should be held for a time period of at least 20 seconds. It should then be repeated with the other knee.
