In this method close the right nostril with right thumb; exhale through left and immediately inhale with force. Repeat the process for the other nostril. Contract and expand the abdominal muscles in accordance to the accelerated breathing, slowly return to initial speed.
Kapalabhati strengthens the skull and brain, hence enhances the efficiency of the brain, improves abdominal function and fights against diabetes, allergies, asthma and bronchitis. Inhale and exhale and through both nostrils simultaneously contracting lower and middle abdominal region.
Anuloma Viloma increases the efficiency of respiratory tract and reduces nasal allergies. Additionally, reduces anxiety. In this method close the right nostril with thumb, inhale through left nostril. Repeat the process; however sue the ring finger now. Hold the breath for a second and then exhale through the right nostril.
