Moon Salutations in yoga

Is there an alternative to sun salutation pose? Like the nature that provides the earth with its abundant energy during the day from the sun and in the night from the moon, similarly we can derive the solar disposition benefits from the moon salutations in yoga.
The yoga moon salutations begins from the Prayer Pose followed in sequence by Half Moon Pose to the Right, Half moon Pose to the Left, Standing Backward-Bending Pose, Transition Pose 1, Standing Legs-Apart Hands-to-Feet Pose, Transition Pose 2, Standing Head-to-Knee Pose to the Right, Standing Head-to-Knee Pose to the Left, Standing Hands-to-Feet Pose, Crescent Moon Pose on Right Leg, Squatting Pose with Forward Bending, Crescent Moon Pose on Left Leg, Downward Dog Pose, Downward Dog Pose with Right-Leg Raise, Downward Dog Pose with Left-Leg Raise, Cobra Pose, Squatting Pose, Squatting Pose with Arms over the Head and completing in yet another Prayer Pose.
Begin the moon salutations in yoga with Mountain Pose. Inhale and reach your arms toward the wall behind you. Exhale and swing the arms down with interlaced hands behind your back. Again, inhale and release the locked hands and swing the arms upwards with the right foot back into a High Lunge. Exhale and commensurate the downward facing dog. Now take the plank pose and don’t forget to inhale, exhale and lower down the knees, chest and chin and come into the cobra pose. With the next breath change the pose to standing head-to-knee position, repeat for both left and right. Continue to exercise the remaining pose with each exhale and inhale. Eventually, complete the yogic pose with a thank you prayer.
